How the Guelph Beer Bus works

  1. Start wherever suits you. Board at any participating brewery, hop off when you like and finish the day wherever you choose.
  2. No ticket or booking is needed. The bus is free and seats are first come, first served. The organizers welcome donations to the Guelph Food Bank.
  3. Keep an eye on the schedule. Busy days can fill a bus. If that happens, enjoy the stop and catch the next one.
  4. Make time for food and water. Menus vary by brewery, and water and non-alcoholic drinks are available along the route.
  5. Travel responsibly. Unopened beer can ride with you, but open alcohol and drinking on the bus are not allowed.

The Royal City Brewing stop

Find us at 199 Victoria Road South, Unit C8, Guelph, Ontario N1E 6T9. Come hungry: our Beer Hall has a full kitchen, beer brewed on site and plenty of non-alcoholic options. We do not take reservations on Beer Bus days. Seating is first come, first served and tables are not held. The Beer Hall is large, so there is lots of room for groups, though a big crowd may need more than one table.

Planning the Beer Bus with a large group

Bringing a crowd? Great—the Beer Hall is made for it. Just keep two things in mind: your whole group may not fit on one bus, and we do not take reservations on Beer Bus days. Start early, leave some room in the schedule and be ready to split across two buses or a couple of tables.
