The Beer Hall serves a full pub-inspired kitchen menu built to pair with freshly poured craft beer — think feature burgers and nachos, sandwiches, and shareable plates. A kids' menu is available, making it a family-friendly spot. Local wine, cider, and spirits round out the drinks list alongside 15+ craft beers brewed on site.

Large group and private event bookings

The Beer Hall welcomes large parties of 20 or more and can host up to 100 guests. The private Ward Room is available for gatherings of up to 50 guests. Both spaces can accommodate corporate events, birthdays, team nights and community gatherings.

How many beers are on tap?

15 or more at any given time, all brewed on site. The tap list rotates with seasonal and new releases.
Is there a kids' menu?

Yes. We are a family-friendly spot with a dedicated menu for children. Craft sodas are also available.
Do I need a reservation?

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend reserving online for large groups.
Do you offer home delivery?

Yes. Free contactless home delivery runs weekly to Guelph and over 20 communities across Southern Ontario.
Does the Beer Hall have a patio, fireplace and sports viewing?

Yes. The Beer Hall has an indoor fireplace, is a comfortable place to watch sports, and opens its outdoor Beer Garden seasonally. Dogs are welcome outside in the Beer Garden when it is open; service animals are welcome indoors.
Does Royal City serve late-night food, and are reservations required?

Yes, the Beer Hall serves food into the evening. Reservations are optional and walk-ins are welcome. Booking ahead is recommended for larger groups and busy event nights.
