Q: I'm thinking of dropping in to the brewery for the first time- what can I expect?
A. We are so excited to be able to invite folks back to the brewery!  Guests are not required to show proof of vaccination to pickup beer to go.  Guests who are interested in enjoying a beer inside the Ward Room, will be required to show proof of vaccination and masks are required until seated, according to the provincial guidelines.  No reservations needed, c'mon by to try one of our draft pours and don't forget to grab a few beers to-go!

Q. Can I visit The Ward Room for a pint?

A. We are so excited The Ward Room is open, visit us during our open hours: Monday-Wednesday 12PM-7PM, Thursday- Saturday 11AM-9PM, Sunday 11AM-7PM.  Guests will be required to show proof of vaccination to sit in the Ward Room and masks are required until seated, according to the provincial guidelines.  No reservations needed. Our bottle shop is also open for curbside pick up or pop-in to-go purchases! 

Q: During the Covid-19 Pandemic, am I still able to purchase product?

A. Absolutely! We have plenty of options to ensure your fridge stays fully stocked including pick up in the bottle shop and delivery across Ontario. Order online for curbside pickup or pop-in the bottle shop during these times: Monday-Wednesday 12PM-7PM, Thursday- Saturday 11AM-9PM, Sunday 11AM-7PM. Or you can order online for home delivery! Q. Are you currently delivering beer?

A. Yes. We are currently delivering across the province! For all home deliveries, a person with a valid 19+ ID must be on site to receive the package and sign for the delivery. For more information on our Local Delivery areas, click here.  

Q. Do you have gift cards available for your online and retails store?
A. Yes! We have gift cards available for purchase online that can be sent as a virtual gift. These are only redeemable on our online store. If you would like a physical gift card for use in-store, it can be purchased at the brewery bottle shop.

     

    Q: How do growlers work? 
    A: During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not currently selling growlers. However, once we decide it is safe to do so, this is how our growler system works: The glassware itself is a $4.00 purchase for 1L and $5.00 purchase for 2L. The beer is an additional cost depending on the brand you choose. We recommend you drink the growler soon after purchase as fresh is always best- however, they will last up to three weeks if stored upright and chilled. Once finished, bring back your empty growler and trade it in for a full one for just the cost of the beer. 

    Q: Where can I find your beer?
    A: Some of our core brands are available all year round at select LCBO, Grocery and Beer Store locations. If you can't find our product in your local LCBO/Grocery/Beer Store, simply request it to the Beer Ambassador who will contact us to arrange delivery. We are also on tap at various bars and restaurants across Ontario. Starting in 2021, you can also find us at Farmers Markets across the region including: Acton, Erin, Georgetown, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Elora, and Rockwood!

    Q: Is your beer gluten free?
    A: Due to the nature of brewing and the ingredients used in most of our product as well as the size of our facility, we are unable to produce gluten free beer at this time.

    Q: Do you serve food at the brewery?
    A: We do not serve food regularly at our facility, however we do have food trucks and caterers in often (keep posted to our instagram for updates) and we also encourage you to bring food from home or get delivery from one of our lovely local restaurants!   

    Q: I'm interested in purchasing a keg for my at-home keg fridge/for a party I'm hosting.
    A: We definitely have what you're looking for! Take a look here for all our available brews.  Be sure to add the Keg Deposit to your cart as well, which will be returned to you once the keg is brought back to us. If you have any questions about 20L or 50L kegs, please email us at info@royalcitybrew.ca for all inquires. Please note we do not supply tap handles or couplers. Our kegs are all sanke and require a D coupler.
