Q: I'm thinking of dropping in to the brewery for the first time- what can I expect?

A. Welcome!  The Beer Hall & outdoor Beer Garden are OPEN!  Beer Hall & Beer Garden Hours: Monday-Thursday 3PM-10PM, Friday-Saturday 11AM-11PM, Sunday 11AM-10PM.  The Beer Garden is weather dependent on opening.  Check out the menu here and our children's menu here.

We also have plenty of options to ensure your fridge stays fully stocked, including pick up in the Bottle Shop and delivery across Ontario!  Order online here for delivery or pick up in store, or pop by the Bottle ShopDaily 11AM-10PM.  

Q: Can I host my event at Royal City Brewing?

A: We would love to host your event!  We can help plan the details for all of your events, from private parties, off-site/community group meetings, and get togethers in our newly renovated Ward Room or Beer Hall. Please contact our Events Coordinator at: events@royalcitybrew.ca with your event details.

Q. Are you currently delivering beer?

A. Yes!  For all home deliveries, a person with a valid 19+ ID must be on site to receive the package and sign for the delivery. For more information on our Local Delivery areas, click here.  Due to Canada Post strike, flat rate delivery across Ontario is currently unavailable. 

 Q. Do you have gift cards available for your online and retails store?

A. Yes! We have gift cards available for purchase online that can be sent as a virtual gift, click here. These are only redeemable on our online store. If you would like a physical gift card for use in-store or in the Beer Hall, it can be purchased at the brewery bottle shop.

    Q: Where can I find your beer?

    A: Some of our core brands are available all year round at select LCBO and Grocery locations. If you can't find our product in your local LCBO/Grocery store, simply request it to the store's Beer Ambassador who will contact us to arrange delivery. We are also on tap at various bars and restaurants across Ontario. You can also find us at Farmers Markets across the region including: Acton, Erin, Georgetown, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Elora, and Rockwood!

    Q: Is your beer gluten free?

    A: Due to the nature of brewing and the ingredients used in most of our product as well as the size of our facility, we are unable to produce gluten free beer at this time.

    Q: I'm interested in purchasing a keg for my at-home keg fridge/for a party I'm hosting.

    A: We definitely have what you're looking for! Take a look here for our available brews. Be sure to add the Keg Deposit to your cart as well, which will be returned to you once the keg is brought back to us. Don't see the brand or size of keg you are looking for? Would you prefer to pay and pickup in store? Have a specific day you are looking to pick up a keg?  No problem!  Please email us at info@royalcitybrew.ca for all inquiries.
    **Please note we do not supply tap handles or couplers.** Our kegs are all sanke and require a D coupler. 
    Q: Are you filling growlers? 

    A: We are not currently filling or selling growlers. However if you have empty Royal City Brewing growler glassware, feel free to bring it back to use the credit towards purchase of any cans to go!
