Pours a hazy burnt orange with a fluffy white head. The nose is full of lemon sorbet, pine, grapefruit, mixed berry jam, clove and orange pekoe tea. On the palate, bitter-sweet orange marmalade spread on spicy rye bread comes to mind. A hint of black tea rounds out the analogy. This is an interesting beer, full of fruity and herbal hop character propped up be a big, round malt profile accented by the spiciness of rye.
