Pours a hazy straw colour with a fluffy white head. Aromas of sour bread dough, clove, white pepper and lemon are immediately apparent. On the palate, whole grain crackery malt character blends nicely with typical saison clove phenols. White pepper and fresh cut grass hop notes add complexity. The beer finishes dry and lemony with a hint of bitterness. Borrowed Time is extremely refreshing and sessionable!
